Empire Protection holds a place on the Australian Government Department of Home Affairs' Security Services and Equipment Panel, and runs the DISP consultancy and CSO-as-a-Service lines that keep Australian defence suppliers audit-ready. That is the standing an AUKUS-era partner actually gets checked against, not a claim made on a page — the panel register is public, and Empire is on it.

AUKUS is sending Australians into US shipyards and technical facilities faster than the visa system built for ordinary secondments can comfortably absorb — a workforce mobility gap policy analysts have been raising since the Optimal Pathway was announced. Empire Protection is licensed and delivering on both sides of that movement — Sydney, and the US entity in Las Vegas, Nevada — rather than arranging the American leg through a partner it does not control.
